    I know there have been a lot of students out sick, so I wanted to touch base with you. During the week of April 30 – May 4, students were working on independent labs, so there was no homework for those sick students. For the week of May 7 – May 11, we took our Unit 03 Exam and then started studying Astronomy. Homework requests for this week should have been filled. I also wanted to let you know that if students have internet access, the Seasons assignment and lesson for this week can be completed online through our Moodle course. I have a link to an online book as well. The daily agenda is accessible in Moodle and at the Coyotepod.com website, too. I know not everyone has fast internet at home – I don’t – so handouts and books are always available when they return to school.

    Please remember that we have started a new term recently. If a student missing an assignment which is likely with absences or no-name work, it has a huge impact on the grade right now. Of course they can still complete the work and I will enter it by each Monday.
